I am Dr. Abir Wafa, Head of EdTech and Instructional Design at Edulixa and Monglish International Academy. I hold a PhD in Curricula and Teaching Methods and an MBA, and I have trained more than a thousand teachers across Egypt and Kuwait, co-authored a national English curriculum, and built seventeen EdTech platforms that are in daily use.

Schools bring me in when the gap is between intention and practice. The AI licences are bought and nobody uses them. The materials say CEFR aligned and the speaking results say otherwise. The observation forms are filled in and teaching does not change. That gap is where I work, and it closes through design and follow-up rather than through another platform.

Engagements run from a two-day audit to a full academic year of programme design. Everything below can be delivered on site, remotely, or as a mix, in English or Arabic.
